HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING (DELIVERY) TAKE?

Many times, your ball(s) will arrive at your home delivered by UPS in less than seven working days, but the average delivery time is 11-16 working days.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

At KFUN.TV and KFP, we will serve our beloved customers living in the 48 mainland states and Hawaii, of the United States of America. No international orders.

(Alaska, we love your spirit. KFUN.TV will be proud to serve you starting Spring 2010.)

Shipping for all grassball orders is ONLY $100 Per Order, (no matter how many balls per order). Shipping for waterballs and / or accessories is on a call-in basis.

CAN I GET CUSTOM LETTERING ON MY BALL(S)?

Yes. (FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME)
This is a gigantic promotional and marketing opportunity for good reason. You can have up to NINE letters (or spaces) on a Grassball. in your choice of eight colors: Black, Light (Carolina) Blue, Dark Blue, Orange, Yellow, Green, Red, Purple.

Everything is only in English letters, all caps. Sorry, no foreign punctuation, or Greek lettering. Please allow an additional 6 to 11 working days.

WHY DON'T KIDS RUN OUT OF OXYGEN IN AN AIRTIGHT KFUN.TV WATERBALL?

There is plenty of oxygen inside the Waterball. It is a sphere of more than six feet in diameter. That sphere is full of air, which includes Oxygen. The human lungs only respirate a small amount in each breath, and in the exhalation, the lungs send out oxygen that was not needed, and will be used. In the Waterball, we are breathing a large resevoir of oxygen all around us and lots of still-unused oxygen.

Thousands of children and adults have enjoyed hundreds of afternoons of fun in Waterballs for several years without even one episode of "running out of air".

To restate, Mothers of the World, We love You, don't worry, there is plenty of oxygen inside the KFUN.TV Waterball.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY MY OWN INFLATION DEVICE FOR MY BALL(S)?

That is a good idea, and it is easy. Every person who obtains their own inflation device will save a notable amount of time and money.

(Because of requests, in our KFUN.TV Deluxe Kits, We offer pumps and blowers to make it easy for our customers who want to open the box and then roll.)

The optimum substitute for a pump (Grassballs) would be a low-pressure compressor or an inflation device marketed for blowing up pool inflatibles. The cheap ones need to be turned off every ten minutes.

For Waterballls, the best substitute for a blower would be an ELECTRIC motor that can push a lot of air. All-Electric leaf blowers and floor dryers could work well, but you may have to construct a tube (cloth, paper or cardboard) to direct the air into the ball.

CAN I EXPEDITE (SPEED UP) MY DELIVERY TIME?

Several times a year, we will be in a position to have your order "ready to deliver." There is no additional charge.

HOW CAN I VERIFY MY DELIVERY EN ROUTE?

When your Balls are on the way, we will send a series of calls and comfirmation including a picture of your KFUN.TV Grassball with YOUR custom-lettering!

Also, our company and the shipping company (DHL or UPS ) will not rest until they have guaranteed Confirmation of Delivery to you.

WHY DO YOU HAVE LIMITED PRODUCTION?

We have the highest standards of quality in the world.

It takes a very coordinated team; each person with their own responsibility working inside and outside the ball.

All of our customers can see and appreciate the professional workmanship in every KFUN.TV Grassball and Waterball. These are quality all-TPU balls.

Every single ball is inflated, then re-inflated and undergoes a vigorous professional "pre-test" before it is approved, packed and sent (depending on the fastest shipping) straight to You or straight to us.

At our Administrative Center, your ball is AGAIN inspected, then placed in a heavy-duty double-layer corrugated cardboard (for even more protection), and then shipped to YOU.

WHAT IS THE KFUN.TV WARRANTY POLICY ?

If, for some reason, you receive a ball that has a defect in material or workmanship at the time it is received by you, we will gladly repair or replace the ball at our discretion. This does not cover damages caused by the user of the ball. Including, but not limited to punctures, cuts, tears, burns, abbrasions, misuse, yanked straps, overinflation, or any other damage caused by normal wear and tear.

Without exception, the responsibility to take care of your Ball(s) is yours.

A quality KFP Grassball or KFP Waterball can last four, five years or more, DEPENDING on the prudence and care of the person(s) responsible.
